- Build referral relationships with community groups, libraries, senior programs and local businesses
- Explain the offers (Tech Help, Homelab Coaching, workshops, contract work) honestly and without pressure
- Pass warm leads to me and follow up

Terms
These roles start as commission-based independent contractor work. As the work grows, they can move to an employee position with a mix of base pay and commission.
- 15% of what a new customer you bring in pays in their first 90 days (Tech Help, Homelab Coaching)
- 10% of the first year's project revenue from a new business client you bring in
- 15% of the host fee for any workshop you book
Paid monthly, after the customer has paid, under a short written agreement.
