Information collected
The website's contact and request forms ask for your name, contact details, preferred reply method, and what you want help with. Job applications sent through the Careers page include the details and documents you choose to send. During a session, I record only the information needed to provide the agreed service and a useful visit summary.
Information you should not send
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information through the website. You type your own passwords and retain control of account approvals.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, schedule and provide services, document agreed work, and meet legal or accounting duties. It is not sold.
Retention and deletion
Unanswered requests are deleted after 90 days. Session notes are retained for one year unless the customer requests earlier deletion. Transaction records may be retained longer when required for accounting or legal purposes. Requests for access, correction, or deletion may be sent to [email protected].
Service providers and analytics
The site runs on privately managed infrastructure in the United States and uses encrypted HTTPS. Email is handled by a business email provider. To count visits and see which pages are useful, the site uses Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that Ang3l Tech runs on its own servers. Umami does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not collect names, email addresses or other personal details; it records the page visited, the referring site, the browser and device type, and an approximate location (country, region and city). That data stays on Ang3l Tech's servers and is not shared or sold. No advertising trackers are used. Odoo may use essential cookies needed for site and form operation.
